After years of study, I graduated the JTS School of Sacred Music with a Master of Sacred Music degree.

Later that afternoon I joined three Cantorial and twenty Rabbinical colleagues as we were ordained and invested as k'lei kodesh.

On Wednesday, May 22, 2013, I was honored to lead the afternoon mincha service at the Park Avenue Synagogue as part of the Cantors Assembly Convention.  Mincha was immediately followed by the installation of Cantor Nancy Abramson, Director of the H.L. Miller Cantorial School, as the first female President of the Cantors Assembly.

Highlights of mincha included Israel Alter's "Shalom Rav" and Ami Aloni's "Aleinu" (from "Shir Chadash").
